THE PROJECT
ACS needed a website that reflects the company status as a leading innovator in road safety. With a wide range of products and services to highlight, the company website needed streamlined navigation and tools that are both supportive and informative for both clients and dealers.
Issues to solve
Even though products are not sold directly through the website, the list of products serves as an informational and reference tool for clients looking to do business with the ACS corporation. The following issues needed an immediate solution:
Confusing navigation. Multi-level dropdown with three (3) level depth that sometimes had only one (1) product at the deepest level.
Informative content. There was little to no information about the products.
Social media. Social media channels not included on the website.
UX. Previous website development didn’t follow user experience workflow.
Strategy
Create awareness about the global role the company plays in road safety, create an informational portal as well as improve user experience by:
improving navigation and product categorization,
including informative content,
improving SEO,
visually aligning with brand refresh,
improving customer support, and
creating an assets library for both client and dealer support.
